I had an appointment at 10:20am my car wasn’t really till almost 3pm and I didn’t even get a car wash!! Pretty annoyed! I had my daughter so had to Uber to my house because she was fuzzy and Uber back to pick up my car!!!

Hugo was polite and professional. The gentleman who drove me to pickup my car in the shuttle was exceptional great. I wish I could remember his name but I am terrible with names. Anyway, if all your people were as pleasant and hospitable as the shuttle driver was, I’d buy every car there just for the customer service!

Had a 10 am appointment and sat in the line for over 40 minutes. Didn’t leave until after 12:00 for an oil change and tire rotation.
Excellent customer service from rep and technician answered all my questions and they explained what was done,And what was needed. This is why I left ocean's honda of Whittier lacked the personal touch of customer interaction and customer service. Buena Park Honda is my new home for my car's service needs.
