Hugo is absolutely an amazing staff for Buena Park Honda. In fact I will be looking forward to having him help me every time I need a maintenance check. Unbelievably nice and thorough. Thank you for the help and fantastic job by Hugo. Respectful, intuitive, and overall great customer service!

I took my Honda Accord for service. When I took my vehicle in for service my front windshield did not have any damage what so ever! Tony inspected the car himself. When I went to pick up my vehicle there was a huge scratch across my windshield. Looks as if windshield wipers were used and scratched my front window. Tony was not very understanding on how a customer would feel for a damaged vehicle, his reaction was like it was no big deal. His solution was for me to take it to a shop for replacement or fixed. There is a reason why I take my vehicles to the dealer ship and not any mom and pop shop! WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!

This was my very first stop this morning and Gabriel greeted me with a warm smile to start my day. He was very helpful, explained everything clearly, and was very patient when I asked questions. Overall an excellent experience at this dealership. Will definitely be returning

Joanne went out of her way to help me with an unexpected problem with my car which was detected during my routine maintenance . She kept me informed of the status of my car, coordinated with Honda Care and the car rental company and essentially made a stressful time easier because of her care . My rep was quiet and I had to fill out my own form to drop off my car after I sat and waited half an hour in it in the drop off area. Then after my 3:00 appointment, I had to call at 6:30 to see if it was done. It was done but I hadn't recieved a call to tell me it was done. When I called, and when I picked it up, the people at the front desk seemed almost insulted that I didn't know who my service rep was. The reason I didn't know was because I didn't get a name, and it wasn't the rep who I made my online appointment with. And when I picked it up, it wasn't washed even though I pay extra in my service package to get it washed when the oil is changed.
