Jonathan Vera was exceptional! He explained what needed done to the car and even had me bring it in the night before to be sure that they could get started on it right away in the morning. He kept me up to date with the progress of the service and the car was ready earlier than expected. We are very satisfied!

I received a message ‘car is ready’ I went there and before leaving BuPk Honda parking lot I checked the car and found nothing was done. I contacted Service Director, he came by and by him self he founded work was not done. If it is major work under the hood how can Honda owner do trust BuPk Honda in future? American Honda Motor company has to investigate and take action for dealers quality work. Other wise customer will go some where ales and not trusting in the Hina car.

Joanne went above and beyond to accommodate me from the welcome all the way to me driving off with my car. There were unforeseen circumstances that she did handled very well even to the point of her setting me up with rental just Incase I couldn’t get my car when I needed it. Excellent service
