Gabe Salinas was wonderful. I went in a bit frustrated because my tire light was on for the 2nd time with in a week span. I thought maybe the tire that I had recently replaced there was either defective or was not installed correctly. He didn’t take my attitude offensively & returned one back. He actually heard me out & made every effort to figure out why the tire light kept coming on. When he found the root of the cause, he explained it to me. It was a different tire with nails. I felt bad going in with an attitude & only to find out it was never something they did but another dumb tire that needed repair. Gabe thank you so much for not dismissing me but rather listen to my concerns. You are a great an employee who truly cares for the customers and for that I am grateful.
