Andy not only provided the service I required, he also gave me tips and information to improve my knowledge of my civic and how to properly care for it.

When I called to set up the appointment, an estimate of time was not given to me. Eugene spoke down to me when I asked questions or stated facts. Also they lost my keys when my car was finished which took extra unnecessary time. Overall I had a horrible experience and won’t be back.

Joanne Martinez does not have any training with costumer service. She wants to discuss politics and has sarcasm when ask a question regarding the maintenance of a car... I spoke to the manager Oscar, but he seem like he made excuses for her and stated, “that Joanne can be straight forward “, but I told him I know the difference between sarcasm and being straight forward. Hope when I go back, I hope I don’t get her again.
Hugo is by far the best service advisor I had since I came to Honda Buena Park to service my vehicles.
