The rep could’ve been more nicer and more “personable”. He could’ve at least walked me to my car when the service was done and not just tell me that it’s outside.
Joanne is an amazing service member representative. On this particle day, The service shop was extraordinarily busy. She made sure that all the guest understood that it would be a moment before being helped, which is really important because there is nothing worse than sitting in your car waiting for someone to acknowledge you. She was Very pleasant and friendly, which is refreshing given how busy the shop was. It is been along time since I’ve gone to Buena Park Honda but I will return because of her.
I don’t respond to surveys very often, but I felt I needed to convey how great a level of service Andy Tran provided. He listened to what I had to say, never felt rushed or felt like I wasn’t the focus of service, and more importantly, he made me feel like I could trust him. Great asset to Buena Park Honda!!
Oscar in service is a liar and a thief. Spending money and getting nothing in return is probably always going to leave customers unhappy. Having people who speak English answer the phone would be a good idea also.

You scheduled me to go in for airbag safety recall. Andy is not a mechanic & starts popping my hood & checking dashboard lights. I told him upfront I got scammed when I bought this car long ago. Then he starts quoting $138 for diagnostic & later calling me at home for $700 for fixing the microchip for seatbelts or whatever. My mechanic says do not fall for it & just have them fix the safety recall for airbags. Do your inside person like Andy have a quota of a Aning customers for more work & money supposedly to fix whatever? Andy was lousy - period!!!
It was my first time taking my 2019 Honda Pilot to get serviced. The location is convenient due to me working less than 5 minutes so it was a risk I decided to take. They did an amazing job and their customer service was excellent. Jonathan Vera did great. Highly recommend.

#1. Peoples was nice but they charged to me more then what I expected.
#2. Service was delayed then what they expecting time Nobody called me back, so I called & left message @4:30pm and @5pm to want to know the status, but nobody called me back. I just went to dealer to find out almost @5:30 pm. one service consultant said " It's just done"
Joanne did a great job at explaining the costs and answering my questions. She was also very personable and funny. I will definitely be coming back in the future because of my experience with her today. Thank you!
