Andy Tran is very knowledgeable and informative when he explains the problems and solutions concerning our vehicle. He always followed up with us to let us know the status and progress of the repairs and maintenance. The dealership should hire more shuttle drivers. The wait is extremely long for a shuttle driver to return and pick u the next passenger for a drop off. If you’re hiring please let me know. I’m interested.????

I was informed of a needed repair towards the end of the day. It took me well over budget. It was my child’s vehicle and I felt compelled to spend the extra money. If I was informed earlier I would have made necessary adjustments to my repairs. Very disappointing.
