Hugo has been the best person I have come across working in service at any Honda dealership. He is knowledgeable, doesn't try to sell you services you don't need and I didn't have to wait 5 days to get my car in. I have left Norm Reeves and will be coming to Buena Park Honda now because of Hugo.

The service took too long. When I came, no one came and helped me right the way like another Honda dealership .I was asking for the shuttle bus to take me home, but I had been waiting for almost an hour. And no one came, so I had to called my sister to pick me up.
My day was rough and an unexpected visit to the dealer was stressful but Hugo was kind and thorough and really made me feel that he was looking out for my good. He was honest and made sure everything was right. Thank you.
