I had a appointment at 11:00. Arrive 20 minutes early, I was told my oil change would take from 1 to 2 hours! Funny, when you ask them over the phone they said you should be in and out when 30 to 40 minutes. I took a shuttle home and had to call them after 3 hours!! To make it worse, my simple oil change still wasn’t done. I will make sure you are duly noted on social media!! I was a returning customer, but never again!
He kindly explained what the problem of my vehicle was and how it is repaired.
