He has outstanding customer service skills. I followed him from his previous dealership because he is honest, trustworthy, and cares about the customer.

My car was running smooth. But after they fixed the recall airbag switch on the drivers side, that was the time my car started malfunctioning. So the following day I went back to Honda Buena Park and asked what have they done to my car. I requested him to let it be diagnose but he said I have to pay coz I declined the 24 point inspection when I checked in. I left and went to a mechanic and found out that one my fuse was missing no wonder why my shifting gear was stucked on park and tail lights are not working either.
Of all the times I visited honda for my service this is the best experience I had. Eugene Mccoy is the best executive I have met . He was very polite and listened to all concerns I had. He explained all service cost, and what all was done during the service. This is the first time I received so much details on what was done to my car during the service. I hope I continue to get the same kind of experience in my future visits too.
Thank you. The service appears to be in order however one issue . I don’t know for sure and I could be wrong but there was a slight odor in my car and I didn’t notice if they put seat covers on before a technician drove it out. I have a health disorder that makes me very sensitive to cigarette smoke so could you please notate on our account history that it is important that no smokers drive our car. I am not saying anyone smoked IN the car , just that it had a smoke type smell . Will return next month for the recommended service brake fluid . I am on fixed income so will try to do the mas I can afford it /BW
Initial greeting at dealership was not warm or friendly. Time quoted for service was less than actual service time with no follow-up providing me an update on when my vehicle would be completed. Was quoted 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours, with actual service time being 1 3/4 hours to 2 hours. No status updates texted either.
While waiting I was interested in looking at a new vehicle since I will be in the market for a new one in the very near future but salesperson I approached seemed bothered by me approaching him and not very helpful or willing to help.

Gabriel was great and service is good but price-$37.50 to patch a tire due to a nail is a lot. Between that and the 30,000 mile service it was an expensive free oil change. However Gabriel was great. Explained everything and had me out when he said he would. Excellent service.
My service advisor was phenomenal I was in and out superquick this morning my car was ready in two hours couldn’t ask for anything more
I had great service, everyone was very friendly and I got assistance right away.
