Would there have been a Jonathan working there maybe/maybe not ...how about a smile and a Good Morning from the receptionist to Jonathan to the employee that brought my car to the front ALL WERE VERY helpful and pleasant. I worked with the paying public I know how it goes...it can be one of the most irritating,stressful and God forsaking jobs in the world but if you handle it a way your team did you will have no problems.
