I had a Horrible experience and will not be returning to this dealer . I had to wait for over an hour to get my car even looked at and I had his lady called Rachel look right past me and attend cars that came after me. Only person that was helpful there was Gusto. Hugo looked at my car the moment he was free and I appreciate that but there was other people literally walking past me even though I had a number 1 on top of my car. It’s unbelievable, the service was literally the worst I have ever experienced at a Honda dealer. No respect or consideration.

Thank you for getting it done faster than we expected.
(1) The oil change was done, but the oil percentage wasn't reset, so I had to drive back to the dealership to have them double check if the oil change was actually done (2) I left a message for Giovanni with the receptionist to have him call me back and he never did (3) The woman/valet who "helped" me when I brought the car back literally DROVE my car around 15 minutes trying to find a technician to double check if the oil change was done and claimed that the mileage sticker indicating when the next oil change should be completed does not exist anymore. She also stated that they only use synthetic oil at this dealership, never regular. She also stated that I can drive my car 10,000 miles before my next oil change, which I don't agree with. Please find better workers. I do not plan to return anyone soon. I wasted an extra 1 hour after picking up my car and driving back from home to deal with this mistake/information without even an apology or acknowledgment of what was done incorrectly.
Gabriel was very helpful and extremely professional. I greatly appreciate the time taken to discuss the pre and post details relating to my car repairs and am thankful Gabriel and the entire Service Team at Buena Park Honda! I am a loyal customer and highly recommend this Service Team to anyone in need of Honda repairs, They are efficient, thorough and very expedient in servicing vehicles!

Jonathan was great and I appreciate that he took the time to show me how to look up up maintenance codes on my car’s screen.
I can’t say enough good things about this lady. The past two times I have come in early and she always greats me first with a smile and good morning, at the desk she talks as if we are old friends catching up(which is a great change from all the other places I’ve been). I hope she is always the one I get when I come it.
