The encounter itself was fine and easy. Andy was pleasant and helpful. However, ultimately the issue with the car was not resolved, which was disappointing.
They said we need an appt today to get serviced and when we arrived nothing in effect for appt . No appt at 1:30 pm but first come first served basis .
We waited 3.5 hrs and no complimentary pt. Inspection was done as promised .
No complimentary pt inspection was done on both cars today .
No marks and comments and lied to us as usual in the last yrs at service dept.

Took them 15 minutes after paying to bring my car around. Car was completed before my arrival. I heard the call go out immediately for my car but the request wasn’t responded to.
Joanne did an amazing job with customer service for my visit, she made my visit easy to understand what needed to be done and had a great energy about her. She’s friendly and professional.. it’s refreshing to see someone up that early and all about the customer first thing in the morning. Thank you.

This is my second service with Gabriel. Like last time he was very nice and courteous. He was very informative and made me feel comfortable in asking any questions I had. He let me know what services I needed and didn’t force any options on me.I was worried about costs and had a coupon but he did make some adjustments that really helped me out. Fast and easy service like usual. Would highly recommend Gabriel and Buena Park for car services
