I've been serviced at your dealership twice in the last 2 weeks. And in both instances I was very happy with the outcome. On the first visit Jonathon Vera was the service rep that helped me. I'm bringing Jonathon up because I'm not sure if you received my response to the survey you gave me on that visit and I wanted to make sure Jonathon received the credit he was due. 1st Jonathon was very pleasant...greeted me with a friendly introduction and made me feel very comfortable from the get go. He was very knowledgeable and very professional. Professional with a very personable touch...told me everything straight up without alot of blah blah blah B.S.! In fact everyone that I made contact with that day at your dealership was pleasant and helpful...from Jonathon to the receptionist to the employee that brought my car to the front when I needed to get something that I forgot in my car was really nice and polite and a pretty lady that greeted me when I came back to pick up my car was very pleasant! Now about my experience today with Hugo. It was just as pleasant as with Jonathon and Hugo was just a nice personable person. Everything Hugo explained to me as I asked a few questions was right on point and accurate. The only other person I made contact with was the cashier.and she was very pleasant! I Hope in my future visits my experience will be just as pleasant and gratifying as these as these past two were Jonathon and Hugo and the rest of the employees that I mentioned deserve a big THANK! YOU! and a BIGGER pat on the back for the jobs that were ALL well done! I hope my next visit with whoever it is he/she will be just as pleasant and knowlegable. I worked in retail for 30 years. I know and understand how IMPORTANT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS!! AND RECOGNIZE IT WHEN IT IS BE HANDLED.IN THE RIGHT WAY or the WRONG way! I dont usually take the time to respond to these questionnaires but, in this case I really wanted Jonathon and Hugo to receive the accolades that deserve!! So THANK YOU AGAIN GUYS A JOB WELL DONE!!?????????

15000 miles warrant not covered. New phone won't connect to the system. Took 7 days to fix problem. After paying 1200$ I had to wait 30 minutes for them to bring my car
Customer service is really helpful
Initially we were unhappy because of an occurrence that was outside of Joanne's control, but the next day she was able to make up for it and help us have an overall positive experience.
