When an appointment is made, the customer should not have to wait 20-30 minutes before an advisor is available to assist. Many non service advisors seen walking and talking but did not appear to serve a beneficial purpose in the service area other than informing you that an advisor will be there to assist.
A little faster service writer service once the checkin cone has been placed on your car. Otherwise I was well pleased with the mechanical service. I was relieved that I was not up sold on service.

It’s our first time trying out service at Buena Park Honda and we were not disappointed. We have a Honda service center near our place. We have been going to that service center for more than a year now but after some incidents we finally decided to look for another service center. Glad we made that choice! It’s our first time having a service advisor educating us about services thAt we need to do and will be done to our car. Tony Lagos exceeded our expectations. He earned our trust the first time we talked to him. Actually, based on reviews we requested for Joanne Martinez but fate gave us Tony Lagos. Tony made us feel that he cares for the car and his client. We know it’s business, we’ve experienced and felt that with our previous service center that’s why we left but not with Tony. We never felt like he wants us to do and charge us a lot of services or repairs. He definitely is an asset of Buena Park Honda. People like him will make clients like us stay and recommend Buena Park Honda.

Joanne was a delight as well as being efficient & patient with me. Joanne was aware of my time constraints and anxiety that I would not reach my granddaughter in time to do some babysitting. Being a child social worker for 35 years. I am acutely aware of the emergencies that can transpire instantly when children are left alone even for a second. Leaving quickly following car repairs I neglected to check the repairs. Turns out that my key was no longer functioning for locking & opening my car doors. I returned today & Joanne took action and immediately had my key taken care of. I was impressed and relieved that I was not going to spend the day at your dealership. Another thing that impressed me was that I mentioned to her that some of the issues that would need to be maintained might have been done at a previous Honda Dealer but I was not sure. Joanne quickly called the Alhambra Honda Dealership to ease my mind on what car issues I had already taken care of. I really liked that, it saved money. Being on a tight fixed income, I appreciated the extra effort she took to call previous dealership. Joanne is an excellent example of EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Give her a raise!!!
