I was upset with the service writer when he decided to explain/argue about the sidewall damage. When I initially signed the contract I made it clear that sidewall damage was not only dangerous but being I had 10years in the automobile business I learned that with even the slightest tear to the sidewall is deemed for replacement.The sales rep and store mgr
Were on board with this concern so they agreed to replace both front tires which had sidewall damage. I wish the sales writer would not had challenged what was already agreed upon. I experienced the aggravation of having to a argue about something I know as being fact to my family's safety.
