Gio was a great help. It was my first time taking my car in to Honda and Gio made the experience simple, seem-less, and satisfactory. I definitely plan to return to Honda for future services my car will need.
3 hours is WAY too long for a simple oil change, especially with an appt. I was told it would take 1.5 hours, and waited 3. Unbelievable.

It took longer then expected and when I texted asking for an ETA I got no response. To top it off when top it off when my wife pulled in my driveway I noticed that the hood was not locked in.

Eugene did not listen to me about my tires, which returned home underfilled after I said I had been on the road for an hour beforehand, or the service I wanted. I asked for an alignment and he cross rotated the tires instead which did not solve my problem.
