Eugene was a great service representative. As to having to return 4 times to remedy my cars issue, I wish this hadn't happened. But Eugene McCoy's customer service was great.

Jonathan Vera was wonderful. He took really good care of me and helped me on other things about my car Got my car done in a timely manner. Showed me some things I didn't know about my car. He was the best service man I've had.
Tony lagos was very nice and helped for what i needed for my car. He did a great job.
Service appointment was at 12:20 PM. I was told service could take an hour to an hour and a half after 15-20 minute check in process. Checked in with another associate around 2:20 PM. My information was not found in the digital system. Gene went to check on status of my car and returned to tell me that they will start servicing my car at that time with no reasonable explanation for the wait.

Came in to get my airbag light fixed. Said it’d be free. It wasn’t fixed and instead they justified it by saying they only did the recall fixed
