The advisor said they were “Short-staffed, no one to fill in” so 30 min wait for advisor to come to my car. And that was with appointment. They shouldn’t accept any appointments or walk-ins once they know they’re short on staff for the day. Or work out some kind of plan. Half hour wait is ridiculous and unacceptable for any reason.
I’m so happy and satisfied with giovavanni Rubio all my question he answered he scheduled me for my next visit. Thank you so much Giovanni good job.
