Joanna was extremely friendly and displayed excellent customer service. She carried a beyond business conversation with me and had me in and out as quickly as possible. She informed me of service my car needs and didnt pressure to have the repairs made at that moment. The service department in general is what is making me consider to purchase my car at the end of the lease.
