The price was a bit high for being my first time servicing my Honda Civic. I didn't understand why an additional 2 services would nearly double the cost which is why I declined them. It especially didn't make sense when after I went to pick up the car, the service consultant offered a "customer service gesture" at the end when I had to leave already. It felt like bait used for me to return. Later that night, my dashboard showed the "Check Tire Pressure" sign. It seemed unprofessional for the tire pressure to be marked off on the inspection checklist without properly being inspected.
