The service was completed in a timely manner and the service advisor Hugo was extremely knowledgable, helpful and informative. It was my first time at this dealership for getting my car serviced and was pleased with the overall process.
Not only was Tony extremely helpful and courteous but very profesional and informative. I also wish to commend Jackie who initially took my call. She was very efficient and just as professional. Her pretty smile greeted me as I walked in to the lobby and made me feel welcomed. Thank Honda for having such great people. Everything you see in your advertisements is true. Very helpful from the service director to service advisor (Gabriel) . The recall problem that I had which was messed up by another Honda dealership was easily fixed and resolved by Buena Park Honda. Thanks Oscar, Gabriel and the technician who performed work on my Pilot.

Everything was great until I had to pick up my car. It took 15 to 20 minutes to get my car. That is way too long. The service attendant was very good and came out to help. But other places where I get my car service takes less than 5 mins
The service was outstanding, I was greeted with a smile, and Hugo made things easy. I decided last minute to take my car for service, therefore didn't have an appointment so i was a little hesitant, but Hugo made me feel at ease and the service was fast.
I was extremely happy with my service with Hugo! He was extremely professional and thorough in explaining everything about my car to me. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured to agree to anything I didn’t want done to my car. Not only did Hugo recommend areas where my car needed care, but he also explained WHY and the things to look for. I appreciated the details and education that he provided and I will most definitely be returning and recommending others to come here to service their car! Thanks Hugo!

There wasn’t very clear communication between the service agents. I was told one thing on the phone, then called back and was told another thing, and then called back a final time and was told the same thing as the first time I called. It made it confusing to know whether the car was going to be ready by the next day or not.
