Raul is so organized and on top of his game when it comes to customer satisfaction! Served with a great smile and caring manner. He went out of his way to make sure my car was in order from top to bottom, front to back, inside and outside for an upcoming road trip to Colorado. I am so going to miss the exceptional VIP service Ken Grody’s Service Department has provided me over the past year servicing my Bronco Sport! See you again when I’m back in California! ??
