Kaylan welcomed me with a warm smile and a pleasant greeting the day before I actually made an appt! I told her I had a few recalls that needed attention and she was more than happy to assist. She let me know that she would need my vehicle for 3-4 hours and asked what day and time worked for me! I arrived the day of my appt and she still had that beautiful smile and warm welcome. My truck was serviced wonderfully!
Mr. Connor represented the essence of a customer service professional who heard us, answered our questions and offered meaningful feedback. He’s a rare example of the level of service historically noted in Michael, Jeff & Jim. He explained the oil change safety exchange program to include continuation. In short, Mr. Connor almost singlehandedly reinvigorated my confidence in the service department. Thank Mr. Connor for caring.

Yesterday I took my vehicle to your location at Concord and today the oil engine light turned on. I stopped my vehicle and checked the oil and the vehicle did not have oil. I looked underneath and there was oil everywhere. I continued to check my vehicle and it appears that the oil filter was not properly installed. Now I have to batter someone to take me to the auto part store to by the tools to fix it my self.

I could take my ride to a Chrysler/Jeep dealer quite near me but so far I like everything Hendrick Chrysler/Jeep has earned my faith, trust and business in every respect. Those other guys got too greedy and cheap. Keep it up!
Yes, very satisfied but failed to mention the radio IS NOT working a 100% of the time. Is it possible that the same issue you corrected could possibly have knocked it offline as well and would it be an additional charge for me to bring the car back either Tueday or Wednesday morning for you yo check it yoo?

They did a good job and they were very nice. But after taking a trip to the mountains we are not sure that the issue is fixed.
Kaylan did everything possible to make a difficult situation better. The transmission in my van gave out side of the road on a 90+ degree day in the middle of school pickup for my kids. AAA arrived with the van and she kept me constantly updated and snagged the first available courtesy car for us. She put this momma at ease so I could focus on my kids. Thank you, Kaylan!
