The service provided by Greg was exemplary. I am highly upset with the technician that had previously performed my oil/lube change. Oil has leaked in my garbage, driveway and the street in front of my home. I’ve been pressure washing it for the past two days and it’s still there. If I wouldn’t have brought my truck back in as soon as I did, my engine could have be ruined. I definitely would have filed a lawsuit to replace my vehicle. Im seriously thinking of sending my video and experience to social media and our local news.

When I turned my jeep in among all of the problems I specifically mentioned that my traction control and hill decent button had stopped working a week before the lights came on the dashboard. Before I picked the jeep up I chatted with someone and they said that the issue was fixed. I came in to pick the jeep up and asked if the buttons were working and was told not sure and if they weren’t working jus call back. Got out to the vehicle and the jeep no longer had the lights on the dashboard but the buttons are still not working.

Was a little bit long this trip, but always very comfortable as usual in the waiting area with the TV the popcorn and drinks are available so that makes it Pleasant thanks again Kaylan as usual, you are the greatest
