Greg was great. Very kind and helpful. My service took longer than anticipated, but he was very helpful to me and I had no problem there. However, I refused oil change service. I was somehow automatically signed up for it on the iPad when i arrived even though I had already set a specific appointment for what I needed. I said, I am not yet due for an oil change. Once I had finished with my appointment and left, the very next time I turned my car on, the oil change light was on. I do not think this is a coincidence and find this to be a sketchy practice.

Kaylan Was fantastic! I'm disappointed that I made an appointment for a recall and the service team didn't have the part they needed. I drove almost an hour for this appointment and will have to make another appointment once this part is in stock. Kalyan was very positive and has even promised to call asap when the part comes in.

I appreciate that I was treated as a priority ar Hendrick DCJR. Prior to me bringing my car to Hendrick, I had my car at a different DCJR dealership. They had my car overnight saying that they would look at it. By the end of the work day they still hadn't touched nt car and couldn't tell me when they would be able to get to it. Before I went to pick mt car up from the other dealership, I made the appointment at Hendrick. I dropped my car off before heading to work the next morning and before I got off, it was done. That really meant a lot. Hendrick service definitely has a new repeat customer.
