Well a single question isn't necessarily all that telling. Would I recommend Hendrick Jeep Concord, yes, but my last experience wasn't great. It took months to get it accomplished. The communication was iffy (like never confirming the completion of the service and having my car sit there for a week after it was complete), etc. The work seems to be good, but the car was VERY dirty when it was returned. So... highly recommend, no. But you seemed to do the work right based on what I can see at the moment.

Jason, Jeff, and Bryan did a great job with the service on my Jeep. They were able to work with me and explain repairs and/or options to my satisfaction. However, this next bit is odd. I received a follow up call from Doug at Hendrick, who first asked me if my service was good, then asked me if I wanted to trade my recently repaired Jeep on a new purchase. That kinda felt like I was being hustled, because you’re asking me to throw away the money I just spent on the repair...which was considerable.
Tom Defeo, Rebecca and Richmond Trexler are "Best of the Best". I own a Chevy and bring it to the Dodge Service Department because they ARE that good !!!

Big thanks to Terry and the service tech I was able to speak with regarding my Jeep. They understood the problem completely and made me feel much better about leaving it again.
Had to take my jeep there three times just to get a simple part put on and had to get upset with them to get it fixed the third time
Car was fixed and returned clean. I didn’t think the time it took was unreasonable for a Saturday. WiFi worked well. Rebecca is great. I am new to the area, it was nice to get the right dealer to go to on the first try.
