I was very happy when Kaylan was able to help me out and get the problem fixed and I’m also very happy about how Caylin was able to submit the cost of the repairs to my service contract which I have a premium contract for the repairs and cover the deductible since I had already paid the day before for my same issues which was then resolved since they were able to include a coloring dye in the air coolant Which then was able to tell where the problem truly wise I really do truly appreciate Kaylan for all the effort she put into making sure my car was repaired properly

When questioned about parts being in stock so there will be minimal wait, please make sure you check instead of just saying yes...

Rebecca is great... Shannon Maxwell told me I had an appointment today, which I didn't.... I like the sales tactic on we are looking for your year and model gig, but don't lie, saying I had an appointment today. I was stressed out thinking I had an appointment today, bc I'm still waiting on my key replacement! I called and the service lady( btw it wasn't Rebecca) sounded totally confused bc I didn't have one... thanks J

I asked Kaylan for info on new extended warranty when I checked car in service cause mine expires in Nov 18. After an hour or so, I went back to service desk to check on warranty info and they told me Kaylan wasn't there. I saw my car sitting outside, so I went to Becca, and she had offered to help me with new quote. Then Kaylan comes back saying she had to run an errand and that she already had all the warranty info ready and my car was ready. When I went back to Kaylan's station, she asked the same questions Becca did for the new warranty including the mileage. If she had it all ready, why did she have to ask same questions over? I told her to look at the service record for today. I needed to go so I told Kaylan to forget it and just let me pay. She said the computer lost all my info she had put in, but it finally printed. How long had my car been ready while Kaylan was away from the dealership? Why didn't someone else call me to pick up my car while Kaylan was gone? Why didn't Kaylan just let Becca print the warranty info she had ready for me?
