Service is usually good. However, when making that appointment for my Dodge Ram I not only asked for the two recalls to be serviced but I also requested an oil change, both during the phone call appointment, but again when I filled out my envelope that I dropped my key off in on Sunday night, I also requested the oil change. I never received an oil change. When I arrived to pick my truck up, there were 3 gentlemen huddled up at a check out booth looking at pictures of one of the gentlemans vacation. Seemed kind of unprofessional and rude to make 3-4 customers wait for check out while they obviously were looking at personal things as opposed to business. Hopefully things get a little bit better. Customer service really does mak or break a business.

Wonderful courteous professional service are a few words that come to mind. I had my son with me in his wheelchair & your entire staff was so welcoming that he felt right at home! Thanks to everyone on duty today, especially the service person who waited on us. 10 Stars!!!!!
