Words cannot describe the level of customer service Jason provided me on Friday. This was the second time in a week I had an issue with my tire. My light came on while taking my 5 year old to school. I took it straight to Hendrick. I am 36 weeks pregnant and was about in tears when I arrived. All I wanted to do is get to work and I couldn’t get a hold of my husband that morning to help. When I arrived Jason greeted me, addressed the problem, and got me in a rental and headed to work in no time. Jason thank you so much for helping me!! I am forever grateful to you!!

No car wash and my seat was left all out of whack. I know these seem like small things but the normal dealership i use, in mooresville, makes sure my my car is cleaned up and everything is back to normal.

Jeff has proven to be a trustworthy service advisor for years He now is my daughters favorite as well. Early on when I purchased my 300, I had a BAD experience with an advisor. I was angry. Since 2012, I have dealt with Jeff 99 percent of the time. Jeff is great with explanations. He allows me to express my opinion and is very respectful even if our opinions are different. He assures me I if I do have issues with the car part in question, he will see that it is taken care of. Because of Jeff when I buy new, I will Consider Hendrick .

Mike was great and took care of me. I was not going to leave my vehicle but Mike said he would get me a replacement vehicle and ordered the part for mine and have the repairs done the next day at the price he quoted. Mike did everything he said he would do and I rate him and your dealership Outstanding! Thank you.
