My ac still is not working correctly. This is second time it’s been in. Each time something different. But ye I still get charged for it or my warranty company gets charged and I pay 200$ deductible. Still think something is wrong with front end. But am told” it could be we r not sure” but tires might needing balancing. My tires r only 5000 miles old. Truck shouldn’t shake like that goin done Highway when driving over 60.

Hendrix Chrysler was able to get me in right away and I didn’t have to make an appointment two or three days out. It was nice having a dealership that you could call and bring your car in for sane day service and get it back to you that day. Working with the service advisor David was a pleasure. He took detailed notes and read them back to me as the customer. He contacted me by phone going over step-by-step work performed and that was good from my perspective as a customer. Thanks Hendrick Chrysler!!

Thank you to my Technician for exploring all possibilities to find the source of my noise problem. He brought a teammate on the car to work as a team to find the faulty rear shocks as the ultimate source of the noise. I could not have done that alone.

The service was good as always. My service assistant was the coolest ever. He’s always cool and relaxed he took care of me. After taking the Technician for a drive to pinpoint the issues that I was telling them about he heard it himself but they were two issues one here dressed and the other one I guess he thought he addressed it but the problem still persists not as bad as it was but I only hear the snaps sound in the front Drive. The tech replaced some parts but I still give them an A. For fixing what he did fix after taking apart to see that there was more then what he had herd on the drive with me. At first. They said they saw nothing wrong! Until I told him to take a ride with me! Once he took the Jeep back and started to work on the issue we both herd the snapping sound. He saw that there was another problem. My point is he would have never known this if I didn’t take him for a drive to pinpoint. Over all as I said I give them all an.A. Thank you guys I really appreciate your help and good services.

Was concerned that I had issues with a vehicle that had only 7,000 miles. Also, Hendrick was adamant that I filled the gas in loaner vehicle while my vehicle was being repaired. Yet when I returned loaner vehicle with a full tank of gas my vehicle which had been repaired & driven over night by management. There was never a concern about refilling my tank. I find that very un-professional as although Hendrick met my needs with repairs, had no concern about the financial **** of gas & my time.

Rebecca was exceptional in helping me get my car repaired. One of her greatest gifts as an employee for Hendrick is her listening skills! I always felt I was being heard. She also had clear communication between the mechanics and others involved in getting answers I understood. She is a treasure for your company. Her integrity and heart for the customer is clearly evident as she worked representing Hendrick. I only have positive things to say. Also many thanks to Joe Alexander for helping to work with me on warranty issues about my transmission and repair of my Fiat.
