Randy was very nice. My Jeep has a unique issue, so it took over a week to repair, but he provided updates. I’m trying to coordinate with Enterprise to get the charges transferred so Hendrick can refund me.

I have a brand new car that has mechanical issues at 1300 miles. The car was towed to the dealership and then I was told it was driven for over 500 miles to recreate the issue. And since no error codes were found then an unsafe car was delivered to me.

Not only did you guys squeeze us right into your busy schedule but you took us to a restaurant to get lunch while your fixed the truck. You then came back and picked us up. Your service is top notch and truly it takes a lot to impress me but you guys were amazing. You quickly got us back out on our vacation!! Thank you sincerely!! The Talbert’s!!
