She made herself accessible from the moment we dropped off our vehicle, and was quick in response to any questions. We will definitely come here for any future needs.

I have had to visit twice in the last couple of weeks due to a service engine light coming on. Daniel has been absolutely fantastic both times. He was very personable and understanding. He explained everything in a way that I could understand even not being a car person. The second time I came I was hoping that Daniel would be there because he was so easy to talk to and respectful the first time. I was delighted to see that he was and he remembered me even several weeks later. Would recommend Hendrick just because of him.

I have never been to a dealership where I receive my car after being serviced (especially one that took longer than expected) and it was dirtier than when I deopped it off. This dealership does not appear to care about customer service within their service department. I have never been impressed with the service received regardless of how much money I spend.
