Service is typically very good at the dealership but the wait time is excessive. I expect this on weekends and for walk-ins, but I had a 2pm appointment this past Friday and the work on my vehicle didn’t start until 4:45ish, I left around 5:10ish. I was very disappointed with this. Other than that, I have no complaints. Rebecca Bigelow and Joe Alexander are amazing employees.
