Service dept did a great job. Fair price for service. Turn around time was top notch. Was informed by phone calls of the process.
Did receive a phone call from the sales Dept that was very unprofessional trying to up sale me while my car was being repaired. Service was a 10 but did not appreciate the rude sales call.
I called up and told them my problem and was told to come right in. I came in, they hooked up to the EVIC system and found the problem. They took the car and verified the problem. They did not have the part in stock, so they gave me a loner car. The car was fixed the next morning and I had my car back by noon.
First impressions are everything and I was very impressed with this service department.
Terry was very professional and very helpful treaty me and my vehicle right. Will be returning for future service if needed.
