Staff were excellent but customer pay labor costs are severely overinflated. 3.5 hours to change a ford Edge starter motor is way too much and I will be contacting Ford Corporate to let them know. The parts price was also inflated. So as good as your personnel are the experience was not good. I was told Wednesday evening that the part would need to be ordered and it may be there Thursday. The car was ready by 10am Thursday so I doubt very much if it took 3.5 hours. I will be checking the suggested lab time. After spending $1258.00 the car was not even washed before being returned. When I got it home I found the convolute hose connecting the air filter housing to the intake was not installed correctly. I have pictures of how it was put back on.

I am a caregiver for my wife with Parkinson's Disease. Villa Ford delivered my truck back to me and allowed me to stay with my wife to help her. This level of service is above and beyond. I could never go anywhere else for service. I am so grateful. Thank you Carlos and all Villa Ford staff.
