Technician claims big oil leak but just residual oil on the transmission. Vehicle doesn’t leak a drop of oil parked weeks at a time. Replaced oil plug and gasket without asking. Another almost 100.00

I started my day at Fairmont Ford for a tear in my turbo charger hose. They told me to come back the following day and they’d replace it for $500. I drove straight to Villa where Domingo said it was covered under my extended warranty. Domingo had my truck ready around the same time I would have dropped my truck off for service at Fairmont. To say Domingo made my week is an understatement. 5 stars

Rick was very helpful in getting a recall fix setup. The day it was initially scheduled didn’t quite work but he quickly got another date on the books and an oil change done on the vehicle
Great experience, customer service was great and the coffee / hot chocolate machine was nice also. I appreciate the quick service getting all 4 recalls handled same day. I dropped my vehicle off at 7:50am picked up at 5:00pm same day. Can’t get much better than that. Thanks
