Six screws were sitting in the back of my car. I brought them to services attention and they said that they were left over. And the mechanics forgot to take them out. The lining in my trunk was not reinstalled correctly. Is the sloppiest work I’ve ever seen. It appears that the screws I found were in fact supposed to be used to secure the lining. I have a complete lack of confidence that any of the other work was done correctly.
