I was not kept up, in a timely manner, with the status of my car. I turned it into the service department on Monday and was informed until I called Thursday. I told Carlos to run a test on my car Thursday. He said that he would inform his guys and they would prepare Thursday for the test on Friday. I heard nothing Friday, Saturday or Monday. I went to the dealer Monday after work. He seems very nice ,but he lacks in follow up with the customer. Namely me!

Disappointed because I took my car in two weeks ago to get an oil change and they said that I needed my front brake pads replaced, but the rotors were OK. So I took it in two weeks after that and then they said that my rotors were not good. I’ve only owned this car for two years. It’s a 2022 escape. I was very, very disappointed.
