Greasy hand prints on both front fenders and cleaned up by service writer. Had to readjust drivers seat. I don't know why they moved all ac vents. Other than that service was completed in a timely maner.

Honestly Sheldon was awesome and I am very happy with the service he provided while I was there. The one thing I don’t appreciate is having oily handprints all over the side of my car and oil on my steering wheel. I feel like if you’re going to remove the car washes that may be your service tax should be a little bit more careful with where they put oily hands because we’re paying for the oil to be changed, not for it to be deposited on the paint of the vehicle. I’ve gotten all of my Fords serviced by you and after this experience, I can’t say that I will moving forward.
