Tire rotation wasn’t performed as requested. I suspected this happened before so I marked the tire location and that’s how I know it wasn’t done. I hope that the oil has been changed at least.

Bases on the service I had which was a replacement if my wiper hoses and a new back window due to defrost attachment issue was if someone walked to my car w me and we inspect it together

Rich was an excellent service advisor, letting us know what to expect and helping to move things along a little quicker. Your mechanic team was nothing short of amazing and need to be patted on the back, please! All in all you guys deserve an 11 out of 10 for the service and the quality that you provide. We were very satisfied with our vehicle, Joel has always given us the best of service. We have two vehicles and he is always right there and giving us the best deal he can get from Ford. We appreciate it because we are on a fixed income, but we still go to Villa Ford with our vehicles.

I have had less than great experiences my last few times coming in for service at the dealer. So honestly I was somewhat dreading coming in, but Jane was awesome. She took the time to explain options and didn’t try to upsell me. I finally found a service rep at villa ford that I feel I can trust.
