I have been coming to Villa Ford for service since purchasing my Escape. Richard is the best service advisor I have had. He truly cares about the customer and delivers what he says he will do. Richard has assisted me on some service maintenance visits lately and I am so happy that I don’t wish to use anyone else. He is honest, friendly and professional . Thank you
