My service adviser, Jane Neuenswander, was amazing, again. She promptly checked me in, kept me informed and i got my car back in a timely manner. she is wonderful. I go to Villaa Ford for service, even though it's out of my way, just because of Jane.

Jane is the best by far. She always makes sure you know what is happening with your vehicle. She is a great multi-tasker that gets it all done!! Jane most definitely needs a raise!! I would follow her where ever she goes- hopefully she doesn't! Jane keeps a lot of behind the scene things running smoothly. Thanks, Jane!!
