Your team had my vehicle for 29 days and I was not given one piece of info unless I constantly hounded Sheldon for an update and every time I got an update it was a total false story and ultimately your team was unable to diagnose or fix my vehicle after a month. No one touched a thing to actually diagnose the problem despite having the service manager confirm the noise at drop off and Sheldon confirming it was a driveline issue which is why ford covered the rental. Last time I will spend a penny or minute of my time at your dealership.. You guys went from the best to the absolute worst piss poor service I have ever experienced in my life.

Extremely commutative service advisor Joe Gutierrez kept me informed of progress updates and options and recommendations with all my concerns addressed Even went so far as recommending future services that can be addressed later when I am able. Timely turn around of all services agreed on. Friendly welcoming service from start to finish Villa Ford truly provided five star service from start to finish. Would highly recommend to my family and loved ones will return for maintenance
Rick was amazing. He took care of my car last minute without an appt. My battery was dead and he was able to have someone fix my car the same afternoon. Rick deserves a 10 out of 10!

I have always taken all my vehicles to Ford for oil change or any recall or services that need to be done. On 11/22/25 I dropped off my vehicle because I believe I had a transmission problem and other things I wanted them to check out. My experience with the advisor was frustrating because he would never call to let me know what was going on with my car it was me constantly calling in to check on the status of my car to see if the warranty was going to cover repairs. Yesterday (12/15/25) Sheldon call to inform me that my vehicle was ready to be picked up and all I had to pay was my deductible. When I got to the dealer Sheldon told me to go see the cashier. I went outside to pick up my car and when they brought it to me I was pissed it was full of bird poo and completely covered with dust. I told the guy couldn’t you guys of at least washed it before bringing it out and he said I don’t know go see your advisor. Before Sheldon came out I was inspecting my vehicle which is what I always do before driving off and I noticed that the driver seat had a cut on the side so I mentioned it to Sheldon and he said are you sure it is not wear and tear I don’t handle interior so I told him to get me a manager. He then came out and said sorry I am going to have one of my guys call you to set up an appointment where they can go out to your house and get it repaired. Day is almost over and I still have not gotten any calls. One thing I want to mention is that my car is intact it is really clean and has hardly any mileage it is very well taken care of. If I ever decide to to go back to Ford I can guarantee I will refuse to work with Sheldon. He needs to be more pleasant when speaking with customers and communicate better..
