Our Ford was registered quickly with a timely completion of work performed. Our F-150 returned with explanation as what to expect with computer update and vehicle behavior. Always nice to be kept informed.

Dropped vehicle off for 7am appointment and it sat for 8 hours. When I called to check on it at 340p I was told there were still two trucks ahead of me and a one ton was being worked on. No way they could get it done today and would need to keep it until Saturday but couldn’t say when on Saturday it would be done. I asked to pick the truck up. No apology from ol Sheldon on the phone or in person just that the cashier had the paperwork. Why have a text chat option if you’re not going to respond to customers? Why make an appointment if you’re not going to honor it? Why not let someone know you’re running behind instead of them finding out at the end of the day you’ve done nothing.

Joel is a great service writer and very friendly. Just not happy with a two week wait for looking at my transmission issue that was supposed to be fixed last service. I don't know if your string me alone so my extended warranty expires but it seem that way to me.

Carlos is always great with my car. Getting repairs and or diagnostics done quickly to my car and also keeping me informed. I live 40 miles aways from Villa Ford and I would not take my cars anywhere else. I'll be bringing my Shelby GT350R in May for it's yearly oil change. See you back soon
