Victor was very responsive when the service advisor I was assigned was unavailable. He got my car in and checked out the few issues that concerned me. I had my vehicle washed and back before the end of the day.

The Ford Dealer I have always taken my vehicles to, is always so busy. Arranging to have service on my Fords has always been such a hassle, until now. Villa Ford is very close to where I work, and I didn’t have to wait a week to get my vehicle in for a basic service . Thank you for arranging the Lyft as well! Friendly, informative, convenient…great service!

Failure to notify me of the bent frame before proceeding with the wheel alignment and not being able to tell me the condition of the components being serviced.I guess that mediocrity is acceptable at Villa Ford even though I pay for premium service almost twice what I would pay anywhere else.I do expect more it is the reason I pay the premium price for service.

I had no appointment for a brake light bulb replacement. I drove right up and was attended to right away. Victor was my service advisor. He is friendly, courteous, answered all my questions, and told me what to expect. Everything went smoothly from start to finish.
