Carlos has a nice personality and we were able to talk about Mexican politics. He was knowledgeable about that and he took great care of my truck and made me confident that he would make me feel happy when he left. He took care of certain things I didn't ask him to. He went above and beyond. Isn't that nice? You have so many great guys working for you

I believe the price of the oil change has gotten out of control, even with a discount 107 dollars. I used stand prices have gone up but oil changes were 35-50 dollars 4 years ago. It is disappointing how much people are being charged. Joel was amazing and the team got the oil change done quickly.

Please make this anonynous --> Carlos was pretty good overall but a bit blunt. He seemed a little annoyed I brought my car in later than the recommendations they made last time, but I'm also kinda sensitive so maybe thats just me. He's cool though.

Carlos was very attentive. He identified some items that were addressed in my previous service that didn’t need to be taken care of at this time. He was also very helpful in tracking down the status of a special order that was originated back in October. Unfortunately it’s still on back order.
