I did after hour pickup and when I got there my keys were not ready. And when the manager for the dealership was helping and got information it was said to him that there were no after noon pickups for today. Because of that I had to miss my softball game that night cause of all my gear was in the car and I was late to work the next morning because I had to pick up the car before work. It was just another hassle to have someone drive me in the morning out of their way as I already did that the night before trying to pick it up

Asked to have wiper blades replaced and cabin filter replaced — I don’t believe either was addressed. Very disappointing

The young man who retrieved my car, was the most polite young man. He was the only one who took the time to ask me if I needed help while others **** around or walked past me. I made sure to mention this to the service man who helped me, this young man is what makes Ford a wonderful company
