Sheldon, the customer service representative was awesome. The service was quick, the status was communicated with me appropriately, and my car was washed when I picked it up. Overall very satisfied. and I definitely will be back.

Glen’s customer service was remarkable. I guess, I’ve gotten so used to a deficiency in Customer Service in the business sector, I was so pleasantly surprised when Glen went out of his way to explain the whole process of what was going to happen to my car, greeting me at my car, explaining to me what services were going to take place, showing me Villa Ford services while I waited, how he would stay in contact with me through out the process of maintaining my car along with exiting and paying my bill. I value his work ethic.
