I find it hard to believe that I rolled into a car in front of me and caused 2200 in damage because a sensor was displaced…..with no damage to my bumper. How can Ford build a car that doesn’t protect something that expensive from such little movement? Victor is not the most helpful for sure! I called a couple of days before I brought the car the first time, and was told to just bring it by and let them check to see if they need to keep it or not. I did that….and Victor said “who did you talk to”…and made me come back the next day. After all this….Ford charges me 195 dollars just to look at it? So unreasonable. I won’t be back to Villa Ford.

Doming was very helpful.He explained what my coupon would do. H e also answer the questions about the llast recall on my Edge. ZHe also explained what was need d due to a possible oil leak. I am pleased to see that good customer service has returned to Villa Ford .
